Abstract

One of the significant difficulties in healthcare is to make a Personal Health Record (PHR) available for every person. Huge systems were implemented to support this kind of record. In this paper a Simple and user friendly system has been introduced, not only for physicians but for simple persons to use it throws their stages of life.
