Abstract

This study aimed to identify the (Management information systems and their impact on job performance among employees in the private sector: Telecommunications companies), was conducted this study in the year 2015/2016 m, and chose researcher random sample consisted of 50 workers at the Saudi telecommunications companies, the study concluded that there is a trace of MIS on performance, the study recommended to develop and enact laws and regulations contribute to the effective use of management information systems at the Saudi telecom companies
